Attention:
Adjust the viscosity of paint/emulsion paint before spraying, The electric spray gun is suitable for the liquid whose viscosity range is 20 ~ 40 seconds and can flow through the funnel. Before using the paint, you should use the viscosity funnel to test whether the paint is too viscous. If it is,you need to use the corresponding diluent to dilute it.
Prepare a bucket of high concentration emulsion paint and an additional container, load appropriate amount of emulsion paint according to the working conditions, pour in appropriate amount of water to dilute.
Mix the latex paint with clear water.It is recommended to stir for 10-15 minutes to confirm that it is a flowing liquid without lumps. when stirring, it is necessary to mix well,, which will affect the spraying effect,if the emulsion paint sink to the bottom or hang on the wall.
Test the viscosity of the emulsion paint with funnel. It is suggested that the leakage time of the whole funnel should be about 20 ~ 40 seconds, or fine-tuning according to the actual use.
Filter out the particles of the tested latex paint with a filter screen and pour them into the spray container.
It is recommended that the spraying distance is about 11.8inches.The spraying distance is too close, there will be a sense of particles, on the contrary,the paint will be wasted.
Cleaning method:
It is very important to finish cleaning in time. We recommend that you use the thinner to clean, or you can use gasoline and perfume to wash it. But you must not soak it with perfume in a long time , otherwise it will be easy to corrode.thank you .
Warm Tips:
Install the rubber ring/air cushion after cleaning, otherwise the machine will not work.
Spraying is generally divided into two times, the first spraying a layer of film, and then spraying the second time after it is completely dry, the first time can be slightly thinner, the second time can be slightly thicker.
It is advisable to practice on a piece of scrap wood or cardboard before beginning on your intended work piece.
All objects to be sprayed should be thoroughly cleaned before spraying .Areas not to be sprayed may, in certain cases, need to be masked or covered.
